Nourish, Inspire & Enhance
Food is life. It's that which makes us feel nurtured, alive and fullfilled. If you are looking for a way to enhance and uplift your retreat or event experience, then allow me to come and nourish your community! Rustic Rishi provides catering for one-off events, weekend workshops and week or month long retreats. Our menus are plant-based, designed around simple & holistic principles, using seasonal, organic farm to table produce.
With an understanding that each individual has unique needs, I am able to cater to a wide variety of dietary preferences including vegan, fructose-free, gluten-free and dairy-free. We also know that feeding people is not just about the food... it's about the love that's put into the whole experience of serving, sharing, educating and enjoying. This is where our passion for nourishment really comes to life and can be palpably felt far beyond the kitchen!
If you want to take your retreat or event to a whole new level, then get in contact with us and we can create a wholesome and nourishing catered experience that will make everyone come alive!
"I was lucky enough to have recently been on a week-long business retreat catered for by Alex! I can be a bit of a food/health snob at times, so was a bit nervous being at the hands of someone else's cooking for a whole week. To say I was delighted by Alex's cooking would be an absolute understatement. Never have I met someone who embodies a wholesome approach to food-as-thy medicine more. It was an absolute honour to have Alex cooking for us and he completely made the whole retreat experience for me. I can't rave enough about Alex and the genuine love and care that he pours into his (ridiculously delicious) food. Thank you so much Alex!"

"It was so nice to meet you and even better to taste your food! I'm being 100% sincere when I say it was some of the best food I have ever eaten. I enjoyed every second and actually had to stop joining conversations in order to be fully present with my meal"
